Plastic tunnels and hoop-houses for warm season specialty vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, etc.). This is the first in the Farming and Ranching 2011 seminar series. May 26th is a seminar on Farm Labor Laws, and in October, Paul Vossen will give a seminar on Olives and Olive Oil. Check back to this website for dates, times, and more topics as the schedule fills in.
